Online Payments

Register your account online to make payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a debit card. You can also sign up for recurring payments. View your account information such as consumption history, transaction history and account details. 

Auto Pay via Bank Draft

Auto Pay is a free automatic payment deduction from your checking account that makes paying your utility bill easier than ever. Click HERE to submit a bank draft form online.  For recurring credit/debit card payments please register your account online.

Pay By Phone

Call 1-877-386-6122. This system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. You will need your account number that is located in the billing detail section on the front side of your bill as well as your house number (For example: 500 SW Dorion, you would enter 500)

 

Text2Pay

The City has implemented a Text2Pay option for our utility customers. Once signed up for Text2Pay, customers will receive a text message when they have a new bill available to pay. Simply reply "Pay" to make a payment with your saved payment method. To sign up for Text2Pay, please call 1-877-386-6122 and select option 4.

Pay In Person

Payments can be made at the Finance counter located on the second floor of City Hall, 500 SW Dorion Avenue during the hours of 8:00A.M - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. After-hours drop boxes are located outside of City Hall and at Pendleton Safeway.

 

Payment Arrangements

Payments are due on the 10th day of the month. Your account becomes delinquent within 25 days of billing date. The city will mail a delinquent notice to initiate the shut off process. If you have received a delinquent notice and still need an additional payment extension, please contact our office to make payment arrangements.

 

Payment Assistance

The City provides dedicated funds to Helping Hands for actual payment assistance. To find out if you qualify for this program you will need to contact them directly at 541-276-3418.

 

Returned Payments

Payments that are returned from the bank for any reason shall be considered non-payment. The full amount on the account will become due immediately along with a processing fee.

 

Non-Payments

A disconnect fee will be charged to all accounts shut off for non-pay.
