Pendleton Foundation Donates to the Playground AGAIN!

Pendleton Foundation Trust came through again in a big way for Pioneer Park playground with their second $5,000 donation to help the rebuild project. The Trust provided a $5,000 kick-off contribution last fall to encourage others to give to the playground, and it has proven effective as the funds raised now totals $54,700. The Steering Committee to rebuild Pioneer Park Playground has set a goal of $63,000 and are confident the generosity of this community will take them over the top. Anyone wishing to donate to the park can mail a check or stop by the Parks Office, 865 Tutuilla Road, Pendleton. Checks should be made out to the City of Pendleton.
